100% acetone nail polish remover spilled on MacBook keyboard

Yesterday evening I spilled roughly three tablespoons of nail polish remover on my MacBook keyboard. It sat there for about 15 seconds while I got a paper towel to wipe it off. I then wet another towel with a small amount of water and wiped down the entire keyboard. Some keys were hard to press, so I'm assuming the acetone damaged the plastic underneath the keyboard. I shut down the MacBook and placed it under a fan to dry overnight. This morning I powered it back on, and everything appears to be working fine-keyboard, mouse, etc. Is it possible that my MacBook will be ok? If not, what should I look out for? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
