Can I get my money back from Apple Music?

Apple Music is taking $11.00 out of my account for the past two months and I am unable to use the service.

Apple Music is consistently taking my money and is doing absolutely nothing to help me.

We understand that you'd like to request a refund for your Apple Music subscription.

Although we're unable to process a refund for you via the user forums, you can request a refund from Apple and cancel your subscription as outlined here: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple

"How to request a refund

Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.
Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."
Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit. If you were charged for a subscription that you no longer want, you can also cancel the subscription."
