Pine iMovie preferences

Cannot find preferences on iPhone for iMovie to be able to access crop tools which are not showing up.

Edits to videos do not show up in iMovie on iPhone i edited a bunch of videos in the photos app (cropped, edited lighting, straightened) and want to use them in iMovie for iPhone. However, when I go to select the clips in iMovie, the original videos appear with no crops, edits, or straightening. How can I fix this?

Cropping tools now grayed out in full-screen mode In the past, when I hit 1 on the numeric keypad, iMovie took me to full-screen mode for more precise cropping. It still does that, but now the editing tools, including crop, are greyed out, as shown in the below screenshot! Maybe I accidentally hit some key earlier that put it into the wrong mode, but I can't figure out how to get back. One thing I've noticed is that when I hit keypad-1, the far left sidebar goes from saying PROJECT MEDIA at the top to lLIBRARIES. I don't know if that has anything to do with it.
