Under PHONE CALLS, Allow Calls From "Contacts Only" but I'm still getting calls from scammers.
I wonder if it's because when I block someone, their number is put in my contacts. So the only way I can block calls from strangers or scammers is to individually select *every* *single* *person* and *business* I'm willing to get a phone call from.

An option that works very well for me is Settings > Phone > Silence Unknown Callers. See: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points - Apple Support
But you wouldn't have people you don't want to hear from in your Contacts. Blocking a number doesn't add a contact to your phone so I'm not sure why that would be happening to you.
I’ll try that. I don’t know why it keeps sending me to ‘Focus’ when I ask how to do it.
So you can no longer set it to allow calls from your contacts without clicking on every single contact?
