Why am I getting 3 charges by apple/tv

See you subscriptions overview for different subscriptions that may exist on your Apple ID account.

See your purchase history for details on any charges to your Apple ID account (including subscription fees).

If you can’t find it there, and you have no other Apple ID account, then consider if someone else has access to your payment method, to use with their account.

Apple TV+ costs $6.99 in the U.S. $8.99 in Canada, $9.99 in Australia etc.... What makes you think the other charges are for Apple TV also?

Any charges on your account would just show apple.com/bill on your credit card statement and not really identify what they are for. Why would you assume the other charges are also for Apple TV?
