MacBook said it is update on macos 11.7.2. I need to update it to use xcode

I am trying to update my MacBook. It’s currently on 11.7.2 and says it’s up-to-date. I need to update it to use Xcode.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.7

You need one of these Macs to upgrade to Monterey 12.6.2.
