No. To my knowledge, no one has been able to figure out how to accurately measure Blood Pressure with a device which sits atop your wrist and has no way to constrict your wrist to measure pressure. Certainly Google and Samsung watches cannot measure BP either.

A traditional monitor measures blood pressure by sensing the pressure exerted by blood on an artery. That’s what is happening when the cuff tightens and then relaxes around your arm. But watches can't do this.

Whether Apple or for that matter anyone else will ever find a way to reliably measure BP, remains to be seen.
