I just bought my MacBook Pro 14". M1 pro. Ventura 13.0. When I open a NEF files transfered from my Nikon D850 the preview of the NEF is dark and lower qauilty. If I zoom into the photo the qauilty gets better but has a green tone to the preview. It seems to open fine under Photoshop. Turned off the auto brightness. Anyone had similar issues.

Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities. We're happy to look into this with you. We understand that you're having issues with the image quality when viewing photos in Preview. Have you tried using the actions provided in Resize, rotate, or flip an image in Preview on Mac? It may help if the photos is resized to improve the image quality.
You mentioned seeing a green tone, do you mean a spot of green or do you mean the photo/image is green tinged?
