I got a "syncing with icloud paused" in the finder.
While I am on WIFI, Safari and the Appstore say "No internet connection".
Chrome pauses for a second and shows "No internet connection", then it loads all kind of pages, so there actually must be an internet connection.
I very much depend on the icloud sync.
It drives me nuts, when it doesen´t work.
What to do, clean ventura install?
Would love a simpler solution :-)
