Apple Music payment method updated but still not able to pay.

My Apple Music payment failed and asked me to update payment method. I updated the payment method and added a new card and was able to add back the old card and none of them are showing in red anymore. But the payment is not going through and it keeps telling me to update the payment method. Yet when I go to update the payment method it’s already updated and I’m able to buy other things even songs on iTunes but still not pay for Apple Music. How can I fix this?
