Apple Maps has my business information wrong

How do I contact Apple Maps to fix these problems? My clients are not able to find my new location for my business and now someone has marked my old business location permanently closed. I’ve reported the issues many times, but no one is doing their job at Apple Maps to correct it. I need to contact someone immediately as I’m losing clients.

Business incorrectly listed as 'Permanently Closed' in Apple Maps A few times now people have rung my small business to ask if we are open because Apple Maps says we are 'Permanently Closed'. Steps taken so far: Have checked the details on https://businessconnect.apple.com/. It says we are open. Have tried to report the issue a number of times via the Apple Map app. Now have 5 reports in review. Looks like no one checks these. Have emailed the places-on-maps-support@apple.com, which was supplied by a support call worker. No replies. Thought Businessconnect would allow direct control of our listing but does not seem to be the case. I feel this is really bad if people think our small business is listed as permanently closed but I don't know how long we've been listed as such and what else I can do about it. btw Google Maps is listing us as open so it's definitely a Apple Maps issue. Please help.

Apple Maps is not updating my business's new address. Hi, Apple Maps is showing the wrong address for my business. It is showing an old address, which is our previous location. We moved our business to a new address. I have logged into my Apple Business account and updated the new address. But when I test it, maps is still showing the old address. New customers are calling us to tell us that maps is taking them to our old address. Why is it not reflecting even if I've updated maps to our new address.
