WatchOS 9.2 update broke my series 4
A couple weeks ago I updated my hardly used Apple Watch Series 4 Nike edition from watchOS 8.7 to 9.2 as suggested by the watch app. My watch downloaded the update successfully but when it installed it, I came back to it 1 hour later flashing the apple logo and a black screen intermittently. I gave it another hour before looking up what the issue may be, and couldn’t find anything. I took it in for repair after nothing fixed the reboot cycle. Apple Store sent it away for diagnostic and said that they tried de-installing the latest OS, but discovered at that point that the “wifi module was broken”. Nothing was wrong with my watch prior to installing the update, and the only repair solutions would be to pay replacement fee of $350 which is ridiculous. Any suggestions? Maybe any suggestions of where I can get trade in value?
