I bought a MacBook Air maybe a year ago. and have apple care + on that. can I use the apple care+ that I bought for of when I bought my MacBook, to fix my iPhone?

Applecare is for one device/serial number. You have 60 days from the date of purchase to buy Applecare - or not. You do have a regular 1 year hardware warranty on every device.
