Photo albums on my Mac won't stream on Apple TV

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities. If the photos that you do not see are from your personal or shared library, you may not have both selected. You can find and change that setting using the guidance below which is found in View iCloud Photos and Shared Photo Library on Apple TV.

1. Open the Photos app  on Apple TV, navigate to the Library category in the menu bar, then selectthe Library View button  in the upper-right corner of the screen.

Note: The Library View button doesn’t appear until you set up a shared photo library on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac.

2. Select to view any of the following:

Both Libraries: See photos and videos combined from your personal and shared photo libraries.

Personal Library: See photos and videos from your personal library only.

Shared Library: See photos and videos from your shared photo library only.

The button in the upper-right corner of the screen changes to indicate the view you selected, and the photos and videos from that library appear below.

3. To browse library items, navigate up, down, left, or right; to browse full-screen photos, select a photo, then navigate left or right.
