Real AirPods Pro - Cannot verify Airpods

Hello, I received Airpods pro, which are real, the serial number of the headphones can be found even with the warranty on the apple website, but even so, after connecting, it tells me that they cannot be verified if they are real. Does anyone know what I can do please?
