Can not add eSim (it is not visible in menu)

Hi, I'm trying to add eSim to my iPhone 14 Pro, but with no success. I tried to scan QR code, but when I tap on it, nothing happens.

Also under the Settings -> Mobile Data there is no menu add eSim that I have on my iPhone 13 Pro.

More then that I noticed that if I go to the Settings -> General -> About there is no EID.

How can I activate EID?
