icloud storage.

Hi. I have a subscription to apple one and I share it with my family. All of the subscriptions share with my family except icloud storage. It includes a 2tb storage plan which i am unable to share with my family. When trying to share the icloud storage my phone says theres 0KB on the family plan when I have a 2TB subscription with only 180GB used up. Ive tried contacting apple support but no luck and have spent endless hours trying to rectify this issue. any help/ suggestions please reply back.

We'd be happy to share steps to share iCloud+ with your family, however, if the behavior persists after taking these steps we do recommend continuing to work with Apple Support. They'll be the experts in matters such as this.

"On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

In iOS 16 or iPadOS 16 or later:

If you haven't set up Family Sharing yet, set up Family Sharing.
Go to Settings > Family.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap iCloud+.
Follow the steps to share your existing plan.
Use Messages to let any family members with an existing iCloud+ plan know that they can now switch to your shared iCloud+ plan."
