Currently, NO iPad model can inductively, wirelessly charge.
You need the use of a glass electrical isolator and magnets to be able inductively, wirelessly charge, like an iPhone or any brand of newest smart phone, currently does.
Currently, ALL iPad models have a completely aluminium back case/chassis that has NO electrical glass isolating hardware components and magnets for a wireless, inductive charging system.
