About Apple Watch

please my Apple Watch isn’t connected to my phone anymore and I’ve forgotten passcode of Apple Watch, I tried and attempted many passcodes, not it’s saying “too many attempts reset Apple Watch and pair again” but now there’s no way to operate the watch neither is it connected to my phone again
