Strange Safari link open after update to macVentura

After updating my new MacBook Pro to MacOS Ventura 13.1 Safari was opened and the following website was open: https://setup.icloud.com/family/cacheMugshotMarquee?aaaction=createCache.

There was something called a Family Share prompting me to open in the Safari window, which the page was otherwise blank other than the prompt. I clicked open and nothing happened.

Is this just a bug? I literally just purchased and setup this computer today, so I am a bit confused as to how malware could have possibly been installed during a System Update.

Please advise.

Malware—how do you jump to that conclusion(?)

It is a valid Apple domain <icloud.com>

If there is no associated issue then I would simply ignore it.
