Today I bought an iPhone and it is blocked by a company, is it possible to disable remote management of this company?

None of us here will be able to do that, since we do not actually work for Apple. Your best bet would be to find the company's contact information from their official website and get in touch with them.

No. Only the previous owner can unlock it. Until that happens it's just a paper weight.
