Apple Watch screen acting up

My apple series 7 watch is misbehaving, it keeps opening apps, wallet, lock screen and just cycling through different things without me pressing anything.

I’ve reset it, unpaired and repaired, forced reset, shut down, I don’t know what to do again

Apple Watch 7 problem After the recent update my Apple Watch Series 7 keeps going to sos screen after lightly pushing the crown. It doesn’t show the apps anymore. 1) I have done a hard reset 2) I have unpaired and re-paired the watch 3) I have cleaned the Watch. No severe under the crown. any other ideas?

Apple i watch not locking automatically I watch 6 had been locking automatically but suddenly stopped locking when removed from my wrist and kept aside. When i open the passcode on the app that is frozen, I cant do anything on that. Please suggest a solution
