Apple ID country change

Hi, I would like to change my location from Ukraine to the UK and I cannot do it. I have only 1 active subscription - Spotify and iCloud storage. I moved to the UK because of war and I am planning to stay here for at least half a year, thus I need to purchase local apps, but I cannot do that, since most apps are not available. I hope I can change the location since this would make life much easier.
