Navigation issue with Carplay

Hi, I own Toyota Harrier and IPhone XS (16.2). my problem is with the Apple CarPlay, each time I connect my phone to the multimedia (in the Toyota Harrier) unit through the cable then the GPS application like apple Maps, Waze or google maps not able to detect the GPS location properly. but if I disconnect phone then same apps in the phone able to run accordingly. I also try to open the application in the phone 1st and let it run then when everything is good, then i connect the cable. automatically the apple carplay GPS application not run properly.


I try to used my android phone with this multimedia unit and it work perfectly.


Could someone assist me on the issue.
