I understand Dark Sky is now incorporated into the Apple Weather app. In Dark Sky I could find the weather at a precise location within a city. Is there a way to do the same in the Apple Weather app? As cities often have various micro-climates it is a very helpful feature for outdoor enthusiasts.

No, it only does that if you actually go to that park or address. It gives the weather for the location you are at. For example I live in a mid-size city and if I select the weather for that city it is slightly different than if I select My Location.
I don't know of an option in the Weather app to enter an address or park.
I admire your fortitude! I live in a warmer climate and can't imaging going out in either of those temperatures (although I did have a paper route in another state in the 1950s and do remember delivering papers in 20 below weather).
In the Weather app tap the list icon (3 lines) at the bottom right of the screen and then tap "My Location."

Amend that, it still does not allow me to put in an address or name a particular park and give me current weather for that location.
thanks again. I will miss Dark Sky’s ability to let me decide where to go in advance, especially on a day like today when the temps vary from 14 below to 3 below within 10 miles.
