I have spent over 6 hours @ Verizon store trying to transfer data from old corrupt phone to a new one that finally issued under warranty via Apple. There are multiple issues to deal with and verizon is now sending me to you. I desperately need an in store appoint ASAP as now I have 2 phones, neither of which work. Mom of a toddler and small business owner - can't be without a working phone! Please help!!!
