Spotlight Search has been broken by Ventura

Hi Community!

Since I installed MacOS Ventura (now runing with the update Ventura 13.1), my Spotlight search has been broken and crippled. It shows a very select amount of results, limited to applications only (yes I know how to enable and disable this in settings, also how to force them to rebuild etc etc)

Many solutions found that forces MacOS to rebuild the index, including the ones with Terminal. Now this option seemed to work. The mdutil command does its trick, after rebooting the index is rebuilt and it show all the type of results that I would expect...

But here's the thing. Just a minute or so into the rebuilding the index, everything disappears again. while still reindexing! And after the reindexing is done.... nothing! The search of Mail doesn't work either. And this is the real problem, because without search in my mail...I cannot work. I had to revert back to Outlook (yikes). I'm reaaaally fed up with this, losing productivity and many hours in the process of trying to repair this.

Anyone familiar with this problem and more importantly a solution? I need something other than the spotlight settings and mdutil command plz...

Thanks!
