Can not use L2TP anymore

Hi,

after upgrading from macOS Monterey 12.6.1 to 12.6.2 i can not use my L2TP connection via IPSEC anymore. My L2TP VPN show always "connecting" and hang in a loop. Disconnect also doesn't work properly. Server: Ubiquiti Edgerouter Pro.

I am missing the start of the L2TP Plugin -> "L2TP sent SCCRQ"

This issue was verified on different devices and operating systems. This issue also affects Ventura 13.1.

Devices with Windows OS works as expected.
