Mac book pro

I just bought a used Mac book pro but it’s bricked and I can install the original iOS without the original Apple ID and password is there anyway I can factory reset it or reinstall the OS X without Apple ID and password

Mac Mini 2012 - Reinstall Question. I have a 2012 Mac mini that I wish to completely reinstall the Mac OS. I have gone through the Recovery Mode partition, but this fails when it tries to Authenticate against my Apple ID. I can't remember getting any Install disks with this Mac. Anyone know a work-around? Thanks.
