No weather app/complication on watch 9.2

What happened to the weather complication. I have tried every recommendation and the weather app/complication still refuses to show up. This HAS to be some software error ... would Apple actually delete one of the most useful apps/complications on the watch?>

Apple Watch complications In the previous OS, I could have The Weather Channel as an icon on my watch face. In the latest release, it is no longer available. Yes, the app is installed on my watch.

Not all complications work on all watch faces.
