Strange problems with mac mini M1

Three problems so far:

  1. When I power up the mac mini it doesn't chime even when is set on System preferences
  2. When reboot is do not wake up the monitor
  3. After running the 13.1 update with no errors (3 times) it still showing 13.0.1 version.

I ran antivirus and malware software. Nothing has been found.

Have the same machine with an HDMI Directly connected to machine with Asus 27" Display with Builtin Speakers.

Sound output set to Internal and it will Chime if I have Not turned On the Display Before the Computer.

Once the computer starts the boot up and then turn on Display to Sound Output will transfer to Button Display Speakers.

Anti Virus software - Ouch

There are no known Windows-like Viruses in the wild that self replicate and affect macOS, because of the underling UNIX  Foundation and Permission Limitation.

Additionally, and specific to Big Sur macOS 11 and above, the Operating System resides in a Sealed and Read Only Volume that can not be opened by the User.

The Only thing this Antivirus software is protecting is the Bank Account of the Developers and for zero return to the User aside from the problems this software creates.

AntiVirus Developers purposefully Market their product to create a “ Fear Factor “. In so doing, creating a False Need for their Product.

The The Built in Security  is all that is required to protect the computer.

It is suggest to remove as per Developers Instructions

Current stable of Ventura is now 13.1
