I have Apple One. I want to cancel the Apple TV part but keep the rest. I assume this requires separate subscriptions (a subscription for music and another subscription for storage). How do I do this without losing my playlists and access to my purchased downloads?

I don’t have a lot of time here to fully share what I’m able to share with you about this ... but I’ve been dealing with EXACTLY this scenario this week. I’m about to receive, YET ANOTHER call from Apple Support (I’ve been on the phone with 3 agents today, over a total of 7 hours + about 2.5hrs in Support chats) any minute ... so my very short answer to your question is DO NOT ALLOW ANY APPLE AGENTS TO CANCEL THE APPLE ONE SUBSCRIPTION on your behalf - this was the route I took 3 days ago, and it’s triggered a whole mess.

THANK YOU! And sadly, your experience sounds about right… typical situation where Apple didn’t think through it.
In the meantime, can you share the following info plz:
• what Apple subscriptions do you wish to have?
• what size of iCloud storage you need?
• do you currently want to or will you need to, share any of the subscriptions, or the iCloud storage, with other family members?
I want to keep: Apple Music and Cloud storage. I’m not good at this so not sure what size, but I know it costs me 0.99 a month. Don’t need to share anything.
