Hi , it could be that you are in Airplane Mode. Go to the Settings App and see if Airplane Mode is toggled on if so toggle off. This is Apple’s support page for Airplane Mode Use Airplane Mode on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and Apple Watch – Apple Support (UK)
