Loading symbol won’t disappear when I try to download a new app or when I try to update one I already have downloaded. I’m also not able to click on my account (it too gets stuck on loading symbol). I have no problems with my mobile date or wifi as they work for social media’s and the browser. I’ve tried restarting my iPhone but other than that I don’t know what I can do to fix it. Please help as I’ve purchased a FitBit which I can’t setup due to not being able to download the app.
