Block call by name not number?

I know this question has been asked before but it appears to have been a couple of years since it was addressed and maybe things have changed.

The question is: Is it possible to block callers by name and not just number. I get spam calls from the same "company" but the number is different every time. I've blocked them at least 12 times now but get the same calls from them every day. They never leave a message. Blocking by name would solve the problem (at least for now) but there doesn't appear to be a way to do this - unless Apple has improved this since the last time this question was asked and I haven't been able to find it. So... is it possible to block by name?
