Hi, i want a refund from the app that charged me one year ago and its not shown in the purchase history

Hello,


I just realized that i downloaded "the Calm app" last year and used it for one week's free subscription, but they charged me for the past year and this year.

I was able to request a refund for the DEC 6th 2022 charge, but It does not let me order a refund for 2021 one.

i didn't use the app at all after a week of subscription and they charged me 89 $ twice.

Please refund me the money since i didn't use it.

If you don't want to continue a subscription you need always to cancel that subscription in time, see the following Apple articles:

If the subscription that you want to cancel is not listed
