Freeform app not synching to iCloud

freeform app on my Mac will not synch to iCloud despite all permissions being granted on phone and Mac, anyone know why?

Can’t use share/save button in Freeform on my iPad I’m using Freeform on my iPad and whenever I tap on the share/save button while using the app it tells me to turn on iCloud in my settings (see first pic). Under iCloud settings Freeform is enabled (see second pic). I tried rebooting the machine and tried several time to switch off and back on iCloud for Freeform (despite the warning that I might loose my files and then asking if want to merge them) but I’m still getting the same error. Please any suggestions?

Numbers Collaboration - offline all the time Running into a persistent problem with Numbers on macOS Sonoma. I have several Numbers spreadsheets saved in a shared iCloud Drive folder that's accessible by three users. For whatever reason, on my account (the primary account for family share) when editing spreadsheets in the Numbers app on my 13" MacBook Pro M2, Mac mini M2 Pro or iPad mini 6, Numbers will tell me that my changes are not being uploaded because Numbers is 'offline'. This problem has persisted across multiple macOS/iPadOS updates and multiple Numbers updates on all three devices. I can access the files without difficulty in the iCloud Web version of Numbers without difficulty, but essentially can't use the thick clients. Any edited files will show up in the Numbers 'sync status' screen as 'Syncing with iCloud' with a spinning ring basically forever. Strangely, when I load the files on the computer after making changes in the web app, the changes show up on the computer, indicating that iCloud is at least partially working. All three devices are on the current versions of macOS/iPadOS/Numbers. What I've tried so far, without success: Disabled Advanced Data Protection Disabled iCloud relay Logged out of iCloud and logged back in on one device Logged out of iCloud on all devices, then logged back in on one device Logged out of iCloud on the Mac mini, deleted the user account from the Mac mini, then re-created the user account on the Mac mini and re-connected to iCloud Looking for any suggestions folks may have before I open a ticket with Apple Support. Ideas like 'delete your Apple account and create a new one' are non-starters, as it is the main account for a family share with five other users on it and I'm not dealing with that mess.

Freeform not syncing between devices Freeform files not syncing between iPhone and Mac Ok..let's get the usual stuff out of the way: yes OS software up to date on all devices. yes it is using the same iCloud account yes Freeform is turned on in iCloud settings on all devices it used to work before, now it does not. So...simply put, the documents are not syncing between my devices. Thoughts?

I tried that too and it now works, however, I started with the iPhone without thinking about what I had already put on my iMac. Now all three devices (iPad, iPhone, and iMac) sync ok but I lost the original boards I put on the Mac.

I haven't tried my laptop yet. My guess is that there is still a glitch there somewhere. For now, it seems to work.

same for me. It is only synching files and changes from iOS to the cloud and Mac OS. But anything done on the Mac, isn't going back to iOS. Feels like a major bug.

I found that by creating a document on the iPhone that forced a synch which pulled the Mac document into the iPhone and vice versa

I tried that but didn't work. But low and behold, it is synching correctly now including boards created on my Mac first.
