iTunes Match/Apple Music Lossless AAC files stop after a few seconds when streaming on Apple Music on MacOS only (not iOS)

Hey all,

I have Apple Music and have had iTunes Match for many years, but one thing I've noticed but never got around to looking into until this week.

For a lot of my iTunes Match songs, specifically if they're labeled as "Available: Lossless Audio, AAC Audio", when I click on them in MacOS Apple Music, they stream for about 14 seconds then just stop. You can even see in the timeline that it's only "loading" a small portion of the song (the darker portion of the image below).

I have no idea why it does this, and when I try to play the same exact song on my iPhone Apple Music, it streams fine.

Anybody have experience with this happening or suggestions on how to fix this? Thank you!
