Third Monitor won't detect after 12.6.2

I just applied the update to 12.6.2. I had two additional monitors and now after the installation is complete, only the first one will detect. The curiously hidden 'Detect Displays' button in the System Preferences->Displays menu does not detect the missing monitor.

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.14

fixed after power cycling the dock.
