how to add files to icloud storage?

i have my work and personal iclouds, i want to add files from my work computer, to my personal icloud, how can i do that? how to send files to my personal icloud?

Turn on iCloud Drive both in iPhone and computer , make sure same Apple ID and password is signed in both devices and they are connected on the same network .

When files are uploaded in computer they will automatically sync from iCloud.com to iPhone .
