Static weird noise

hi since Saturday my phone was starting to make this kind of weird static noise when I watch videos or anything on my phone and also when I try to call I can’t hear anything I just crackling noise did that ever happend to someone because I really need an answer

If you can't hear a person's voice clearly, hear crackling, hear static, or have issues with sound quality,

learn what to do:

If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker - Apple Support
