I am having an issue with the shortcuts app not syncing with the apple watch. I am trying to use an app called "Tessie" or "Watch for Tesla." However, whenever I put a new shortcut on the app on the phone, it doesn't sync with the watch. The watch and the phone are both up to date and I already tried to reset the watch and reinstall the app. So I don't know what else to do...

I also have the very same issue. I am trying to just add "Ping my iPhone", this is supposed to be compatible. Also, the list in the watch has a couple of shortcuts that does not shows up in Shortcuts app at all.
Update: All of a sudden it synchronised. Took like, half an hour to sync.

Why do you need a shortcut to ping your phone when that’s a built in feature of the watch?
Not all shortcuts on iPhone are compatible with Apple Watch.
Bearing that in mind, have you transferred the shortcut to the Watch like this?

I looked up that app and I see that they do offer a watch app.
So... Do you need to install it? It might be sitting here (see picture)

It was just a test. But anyway, it synced, it just took a while.
