Is it possible to purchase an Apple product and pay in monthly installment while you are non-U.S citizen?

Hi folks,

I would like to ask if there is any non-U.S citizen who has bought any apple product and pay in monthly installment? Please take me through the steps because I want to get one too.

I want to purchase this one attached below and be shipped to my colleague in Pittsburgh.
