So im a newbie for IOS, i've been using this thing for a day and i have a problem. All of my friends using memoji on messenger app and it appear like a .png immage, a transparent background but mine have a white background 😭 help please!

button.Note, there is a difference between Memoji and Memoji stickers. Which of these are you creating? Does the white area cover up words if you use your Memoji as a sticker?

I've followed the instuction create a memoji. I used it in messenger (facebook) and it have a white background like this. Others people dont have this kind of problem 😭 (you can see it in 1st pic). Is it because the phone or the app 😓

How do your Memojis show when using the iOS Messages app? This behavior may be related to the Facebook Messenger app if they are appearing correclty in iOS Messages. In which case, you would want to refer to Facebook's support options to troubleshoot Messenger.
