Hi my mother uses a iphone 8 64g. Lately she said that her back camera shakes when trying to take a picture almost like someone with anxiety is trying to take a picture with her phone. ( it just shakes shakes shakes ) but when she switches to front camera its clear and still. Ive tried updating, restarting, cleaning lens with cloth. Any suggestions?

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. Is mom using a case on her iPhone 8? If so, have her remove the case and test the camera again. Some components in the case may cause an interference that potentially could cause this issue.
