My Alexa's used to play my Apple Music Playlists with no issues (or very few). But now they only play the first song on the playlist and then stop. Does anyone else have this issue? I disabled the skill and re-linked my account, but it's still not working.
This began happening with me two days ago. But I suspect it’s Amazon’s way of trying to steal people away from its Apple Music competitor. If it works fine on Amazon Music, that ought to tell you something.
I have the exact same problem. Started yesterday. I also tried disabling the skill and re-linking but it only plays the first song in an Apple Music playlist and then stops. I tried playing playlists from Amazon Music and they work just fine.
I raised a support ticket with Amazon on Friday. They said it’s a “known issue” that they are currently investigating and that it is impacting lots of users. How quickly it will get resolved is anyone’s guess
I had the same problem. When it’s playing the first song to the playlist tell Alexa turn off looping. That fix the problem of only one song in the playlist. However I still have a problem now we’re only plays two or three songs from the playlist and then it stops but at least I get got past the only one song in the playlist!
Exact same thing happened to me. I updated my iPhone, unlinked then re linked with Alexa…no change. I hope this is fixed soon!!
I have the same problem, it plays only one song from the playlist. Have you found a solution? I can't play the songs that I have saved in favorites in Alexa either, can you?
i’m so glad that i’m not the only one this is happening too, mine started two days ago as well! It’s extremely annoying.
