Hi,
I made a subscription for 30 days and paid with a iTunes card (credits/funds). Now the subscription / payment was succcessfully but it's still pending somehow.
Like I said above, I didn't use a credit card or paypal for this payment. I just used my remaining apple credits (iTunes card) to make this purchase/subscription.
And that was like 12 hours ago now since I subscribed.
So why is it still pending? And for how long?

Pending transactions let you know how much money is slated to be withdrawn from your account and may or may not be reflected in your available account balance. You can double-check by adding up the pending transactions to verify there's enough money in your account to cover them. "
Also remember that purchase can take 1-3 days (sometimes more) to clear it with bank.
Pending means it has not been charged to your bank account yet.
If you’re having this issue for more than 4-5 days you can reach out to Apple Support and let them handle this issue further.
