Hello shakiya222,

So based on that image you attached, it looks like you're in a 3rd party application. To start, do you just have an issue in this application or is the camera not working in the built in Camera application as well?

If the camera is not working at all, then you'll want to try these steps: If the camera or flash on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch isn't working

If the problem is just with that 3rd party application, then you'll first want to follow the instructions it is providing you. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera and turn on the camera for that application.

If there's no option for that application in there, you'll first want to check if there's any restrictions currently set up on the device. Go to Settings > Screen Time and see if that's on. If it is, check the Content & Privacy Restrictions option to see if that is currently enabled. If it is, turn it off.

If there are no restrictions enabled on the device, then you can try removing and reinstalling the application.

1. Touch and hold the app.
2. Tap Remove App Remove App icon.
3. Tap Delete App, then tap Delete to confirm.

Delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Once it's removed just go into the App Store, search for the application and reinstall it.

Cheers!
