new iPhone 13 feels laggy, stuttering

Hello, I’ve recently bought new iPhone 13 with ios 16.0.2 installed. After configuration and installation of basic apps like youtube, messenger etc. I have started noticing animation lags, phone opening apps slowly, working overall sluggishy. I decided to update to ios 16.1.2 but the problem remains. I’ve done geekbench test and I’ve got ~4570 multicore on cpu and ~10600 points in compute benchmark, which is in fact lower by thousand on average iphone 13 score. What could I do do improve my experience on my new iPhone?

Have you restarted your phone since you noticed these issues? If not, let's go ahead and restart for a simple restart can correct issues like this. Restart your iPhone

Do you have Low Power Mode enabled? If this feature is enabled it can slow down the performance of the phone.

Let's check to see if there are any updates to the apps in the App Store.

How to manually update apps on your Apple device

Have you tried to delete the affected apps and then reinstall them from the App Store? If not, let's give that step a try.
