Not receiving calls from different networks

I’ve recently got the iPhone 13, I’ve transferred from a different network to o2, I can receive calls and texts off anyone on o2 network but if anyone else try’s to call me it’s going to Plusnet voicemail, I’ve give o2 my pac code and they are saying everything is transferred there side , I’ve removed the old plus net SIM card and reset the network to o2, I’ve updated my number on my phone to my number I want to keep. What do I need to do to get other network calls coming through
